A stay here feels like stepping back in time—without giving up modern comfort. Enjoy the sense of nostalgia, the original architecture, and the feeling of sleeping inside a real piece of history.

How many people can stay?

The Schoolhouse comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The loft features two cozy queen beds, and the main floor includes a full-size sofa bed. There is one bathroom with a shower, so everyone has what they need for a comfortable stay. The private driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Whether it’s a couple’s getaway, a small family trip, or a friends’ retreat, there’s plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! The Schoolhouse isn’t just “dog-allowed”—we’ve designed the space with pups in mind. You’ll find dog blankets for the furniture, bowls, free treats, and poop bags to make your furry friend feel welcome and comfortable. We allow up to two dogs per stay with a flat pet fee per stay.

For insurance reasons, the following breeds are not allowed: Akita, Chow, Pit Bull or Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar-pei, and Wolf Hybrid (or any mix of these breeds).

The Schoolhouse blends historic charm with modern comfort and thoughtful touches for a cozy, memorable stay.

Enjoy the warm glow of the indoor electric fireplace, gather around the outdoor firepit under the stars, or relax in the secluded hammock surrounded by nature.

Movie nights become unforgettable on the giant laser projector screen, and the full kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a homemade dinner.

The kitchen includes an oven with stovetop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware, basic grilling tools, and some bakeware.

Outside, a propane grill is ready for easy cookouts, giving you another way to enjoy the fresh air. Every detail is designed to make your getaway effortless and relaxing.
